SPF Private Clients has appointed Gary O’Neill to lead its Real Estate – Debt Advisory proposition and strengthen its commercial finance offering.
With a banking career spanning 30 years, Gary previously spent 22 years with RBS International in Guernsey, latterly as Head of Corporate and Commercial Banking.
He has extensive lending experience across a wide range of sectors, including corporate and family office, real estate and private clients.
Prior to joining RBS, he spent three years as a Corporate Research Manager with NatWest on the island.
SPF’s Real Estate – Debt Advisory team supports businesses by reviewing credit facilities, advising on debt structures/solutions and securing funding for real estate borrowing requirements, including property investment/development, commercial mortgages and bridging finance.
