Specialist property lender Sancus has appointed Matt Davies as Director, Offshore Funding, in the Jersey office to help the firm expand its property lending products and grow its co-funder base.
Matt brings to the role more than 20 years’ experience in the finance sector, having previously worked for HSBC Private Banking ad Barclays serving high-net-worth-clients in offshore jurisdictions including Gibraltar and the Channel Islands.
Most recently, he has held the role of Business Development Manager for Amberton Asset Management.
