Saffery Trust has recruited Sharon Coburn as Associate Director of its people and culture team, based in Guernsey.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Management Institute, Sharon brings three decades of experience to her new role at Saffery.
She joins from Praxis, where she has spent that past the past 20 years, latterly as Head of HR Transformation.
Sharon joined Praxis as Group Head of HR in 2003, having previously spent 10 years with Bank of Bermuda (Guernsey).
Her appointment comes following the retirement of Associate Director Jane Wade after more than 40 years of service with Saffery.
