Ravenscroft has appointed Ellie Knowelden as Project Manager to oversee the property interests of the funds it manages.
Based in Guernsey, Ellie joins Ravenscroft Project Management after 16 years at Specsavers, where she has held a number of roles, including three years in Copenhagen.
Her most recent work at Specsavers in Guernsey, to lead a brand reset project with 40,000 colleagues, was halted due to the pandemic, so Ellie has instead supported the company’s rebuild after Covid.
In her new role, Ellie will focus on the properties and development sites owned by the Channel Islands Property Fund (CIPF) and the RED fund.
CIPF has 13 properties in its portfolio across Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man, while the RED fund has sites in Guernsey and Jersey planned for redevelopment. Ellie will help project manage those.
