PwC appoints Senior Tax Managers

Anthony Chandlen and Andrew BougourdPwC has appointed two new Senior Tax Managers at the firm.

Anthony Chandlen, who specialises in asset management, including cross-border tax structuring, has more than 18 years’ experience in financial services, 15 of those on taxation matters.  

The current Chairman of the Jersey branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Anthony is also a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and Chartered Institute of Taxation. 

Prior to joining PwC, he spent eight years with EY in Jersey and a year in London working for its real estate team. More recently, he has spent two years at Jersey Finance as Overseas Taxation Manager.

Andrew Bougourd has also been appointed as a Senior Tax Manager, specialising in personal and offshore trust company taxation. He has more than 20 years’ experience working for professional service practices and trust companies. 

A qualified accountant and chartered tax adviser, he was called to the bar in 2013. He has held a number of directorships at local accountancy firms Rosscot and Valeur, and has supported clients on a range of taxation issues, including property, complex trust matters and tax investigations.
