PraxisIFM has created two Group and two Director positions in the Channel Islands.
In Jersey, Siobhan McGrath and Dan Toft (pictured) have been promoted to Directors at PraxisIFM Trust Jersey, where they have joined the board.
Siobhan leads a private client team looking after a variety of trust and corporate structures, and focuses on building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients and intermediaries.
Dan has been developing opportunities in the Middle East, where PraxisIFM opened a regulated trust company in Abu Dhabi in 2016. He has been providing technical support and oversight to the new team in Abu Dhabi and developing business opportunities.
At Group level, Sharon Coburn has been promoted to Group Head of Human Resources, based in Guernsey, while Jersey-based Richard Morris is the new Group Financial Reporting Manager.
Richard joined PraxisIFM in May 2016. He is now responsible for collating, analysing and reporting the group’s financial results to the market. He is also involved in the company’s acquisition activity, looking after financial due diligence.
He has held previous roles as Finance Director for technology start-up Storm and as an auditor, and has also been a lecturer and researcher in engineering.
Sharon joined Praxis in 2003, pre-merger with IFM, as Assistant Manager setting up the HR function for what was then Praxis’ only office.
She now has day-to-day management of the HR function across the group, setting strategic direction across all 14 offices and adherence to employment legislation and policies.
