TISE has appointed Philip Braun as an independent Non-Executive Director of its regulatory arm, The International Stock Exchange Authority (TISEA).
Philip brings to the role more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, particularly investment funds and fiduciary services.
He is currently also a Director of CVC Income & Growth and Altair Partners, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
Having begun his career in London, Phil moved to PwC, working in Australia and the Channel Islands, before being appointed to Equity Trust as Head of Funds.
In 2007 he joined BDO in Jersey as Head of Financial Services. During his 16 years in this role, he established a financial services audit and assurance business and oversaw the division’s growth.
Philip joins TISEA following the appointment of Nick Bayley as Chair of the board in January. Nick has served as an independent Non-Executive Director of TISEA since 2021.
Nick and Philip are accompanied on the TISEA board by Guernsey-based Executive Directors Cameron Craine (Head of Listings) and Jon Richards (Head of Market Regulation).
