Ogier has appointed Katharine Marshall to the role of Partner in its Jersey-based Property and Local Legal Services team.
Katharine handles a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, with a focus on institutional lenders involved in Jersey property structures.
In addition, she deals with commercial transactions and residential development work.
Katharine has been with Ogier since 2011, following 11 years in the UK with Marshall Cox Solicitors and then Pitmans.
She joined Ogier as a Senior Associate, moving up to Managing Associate in 2015. For the past two years, she has also served as Counsel.
