Financial services provider Ocorian has supported the £180m initial public offering of Seraphim Space Investment Trust on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Seraphim, a closed-ended investment company, will invest the funds in a diversified international portfolio of early and growth-stage space technology businesses.
The fund gives investors access to companies looking at the potential of space to help solve some of the world's most pressing problems.
Ocorian's UK team, led by Head of Funds Gerry Warwick, is providing company secretarial, accounting, fund administration and depositary services for Seraphim to guide its team through its first fund launch.
In addition, Newgate Compliance, an Ocorian-owned company, is providing ongoing compliance support.
