Financial services group Ocorian has appointed Mike Hughes to the role of Global Head of Service Lines.
In his new position, Mike is a member of the Executive Committee. His remit includes sales and business development and encompasses product and market development.
He will work with the client teams to set the strategy and identify opportunities for growth across all of Ocorian’s service lines.
Mike joins Ocorian from JP Morgan, where he ran the firm's global custody business with a team of more than 3,000 people covering services in 98 markets.
He previously held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, including Head of Strategic Execution for the Global Securities Services and Global Head of Fund Services.
Mike has experience managing businesses in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and the UK.
