Ocorian has announced the acquisition of Trust Corporation International, subject to regulatory approval.
Guernsey-based Trust Corporation International specialises in proactive planning, wealth administration and corporate services. Its 50-plus team focuses on administering complex, high-value structures using director-led client teams.
According to Ocorian, the acquisition enhances its ability to provide a comprehensive service offering to private clients and international corporates in Guernsey alongside its existing fund administration services.
There will be no job losses and all Trust Corporation staff will continue in their roles. The timing of any rebranding is yet to be determined.
