Managed service providers Next Generation IT and Alternative Solutions are merging, subject to regulatory approval, to form a full-service IT service provider across the Channel Islands.
The new firm, called Clarity, will be headquartered in Guernsey and will also operate from offices in Jersey and Romania to support clients in the Channel Islands, the UK and further afield.
It will be run by an executive team including Next Generation IT Owner Matt Hale, with Directors Jason Connolly and Tom Heyworth, as well as Alternative Solutions Professional Services Director Matthew Neville.
They will be led by Chief Executive Officer Neil Jordan (pictured), former MD of Alternative Solutions.
Alternative Solutions was established in 1986 and Next Generation in 2003. The merged company will operate across Guernsey, Jersey and Romanian, employing more than 80 staff with revenues exceeding £13m.
