Mourant has appointed Amy Gurm and Geoff Cook to its affiliated business, Mourant Consulting.
Geoff, who served as CEO of Jersey Finance for 12 years, has been working with Mourant as a Consultant since 2019. He becomes Chair of Mourant Consulting.
Over a financial services career spanning more than three decades, Geoff has developed an extensive international network and a broad knowledge of the Crown Dependencies/Overseas Territories as international finance centres.
He currently also sits on the boards of Apex Group and Quilter Cheviot.
Amy joins as a Director. She brings with her more than 15 years of regulatory consulting experience with KPMG across the financial services, public and other regulated sectors in the Channel Islands, UK and Canada.
She has spent the past two years as Director, Risk Consulting, for KPMG UK in London.
The pair join former JFSC Director Mike Jones, who was appointed as Managing Director of the new consulting business last year.
