Moore Stephens Channel Islands has appointed Simon Kelly as a Director and Laura Duhamel as a Senior Manager in the firm's corporate services team in Jersey.
Simon brings to the new role more than 38 years of experience in company secretarial and fiduciary services.
He moves to Moore Stephens having served as a Director at Apex Group, and before this at Link Asset Services and Capita Asset Services.
Simon started his career with 24 years at PwC, initially in London and then five years in the trust and company administration business of the Jersey office, which was sold to Capita Fiduciary Group in 2007.
Meanwhile, Laura has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate and funds services. She joins Moore Stephens from Crestbridge, where she served as Manager, Real Estate Funds.
Prior to this, Laura worked for Apex Group, Link Asset Services and Capita Asset Services on the island.
