Guernsey consultancy Leaders has recruited Kareena Hodgson as a Consultant, supporting the company’s work in the Channel Islands and the UK.
In her new role, Kareena will work with senior executives to identify areas of personal leadership development, including building strengths and improving communication and cohesion.
Kareena has spent the past 21 years working in the third sector for Action for Children and Youth Concern in Guernsey, leading and developing teams and building relationships to inspire resilience and overcome challenges.
The Leaders team uses psychometrics to identify strengths that propel their clients to excellence. Kareena will help facilitate positive transformation in the workplace, so managers can unlock the potential of their team and organisation.
