IQ-EQ has announced that regulatory hosting and outsourced compliance business Lawson Conner has rebranded as IQ-EQ.
IQ-EQ completed the acquisition of Lawson Conner in 2018, adding appointed representative and AIFM solutions to its range of compliance, administration, asset and advisory services for investment funds.

Lawson Conner’s regulated services – delivered by its two FCA-regulated entities, G10 Capital and Sapia Partners – will continue to operate under their existing entity names.
