JTC has appointed Marcel Imery as Director of Business Development, based in JTC’s New York office.
Marcel provides structuring services to JTC’s private and corporate clients, with a remit to help drive growth across the US and Latin American markets.
With more than 30 years’ experience as an international tax, corporate and transactional attorney and an adviser to high-net-worth individuals and executives of Fortune 500 companies, Marcel joins the group having co-founded and co-manged a law firm in Venezuela.
Marcel has particular expertise in advising LatAm families and business owners with corporate holding and asset protection structures.
He has also founded, financed and scaled start-ups across Venezuela and Chile.
