Risk and financial advisory solutions business Kroll is opening an office in Guernsey this month.
The opening of the office in Saint Peter Port coincides with the 10-year anniversary of Kroll’s Jersey presence in the Channel Islands.
The new office will serve clients’ financial and operational restructuring needs and provide financial services compliance and regulation services.
John Ayres (pictured) has been named as Managing Director in Guernsey. He has more than 25 years’ experience in insolvency, restructuring, forensic and corporate recovery services.
In his previous role, with business advisory firm FTI Consulting in the British Virgin Islands, Ayres served as Senior Managing Director and head of the Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice.
During his career, he has also spent 20 years with PwC.
