JFSC to hold webinar on financial crime examinations

Amanda Reilly RavenscroftIn March and May, the Jersey Financial Services Commission published the findings of its 2020 financial crime and supervisory risk examinations, which identified supervised businesses’ non-compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

In order to give businesses more detail on what the examinations found and the steps they need to take to ensure they are compliant, the Commission's Head of Examinations, Amanda Reilly (pictured), and Senior Manager, Tim Butlin, will host a one-hour webinar on 14 July covering:

• The background and scope of the examinations
• Key findings
• Next steps for industry and the JFSC.

Amanda and Tim will also answer questions at the end of the session.
