Since the civil financial penalties regime was introduced by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in 2015, the Commission has imposed penalties on five businesses, three of which were part of the same group.
Although the Commission has published information about the regime and how penalties are determined, it believes that businesses want to understand more about the process.
At this webinar, which is free to attend, JFSC Director of Supervision Jill Britton (pictured) and Acting Director of Enforcement Kerry Petulla will clarify how the civil penalties regime works.
The one-hour session on 19 May at 2pm will cover:

• Civil penalties for individuals
• How we determine the amount of a civil penalty
