The Jersey Financial Services Commission has asked banks, the Jersey Bankers Association and Jersey Finance for their opinions on the implementation of Basel III.
Following a consultation process in 2019, the Commission has outlined its current position and thinking on the framework – for more information click here.
It is now gathering views before it officially undertakes further consultation next year, ahead of implemention in 2023.
Comments and suggestions are to be submitted to the Commission by 31 August.
