The Jersey Hospitality Association has appointed global customer services specialist Claire Boscq as its Chief Executive.
She takes over from Simon Soar, who is stepping down after four years at the JHA to become Head of Hospitality and Tourism at Jersey Business.
Claire started her career in hospitality working for Disney in Florida, before moving to four- and five-star hotels in France, Spain, the UK and Jersey.
In recent years, she has been an author, keynote speaker and consultant, based in Jersey, including three years as an NED for Board Apprentice and 12 years as Founder and Director of customer services business The Busy Queen Bee.
