IQ-EQ has opened an office in India’s new fintech hub, the Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City).
GIFT City, sponsored by the Indian government to create a finance and IT hub connecting India to the world, is home to India’s global bullion exchange and its International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).
IQ-EQ’s new office adds to the firm’s existing operations in Mumbai, providing fund administration services to the domestic Indian market.
Following the relevant regulatory approvals, IQ-EQ is licensed to deliver full administration, compliance and corporate secretarial services to alternative investment funds and other structures domiciled in GIFT City’s IFSC.
Leading IQ-EQ’s GIFT City and Mumbai operations is Atul Muchhala, Managing Director, India.
IQ-EQ now operates from four locations in India, with offices in Mumbai and GIFT City serving the Indian market and teams in Noida and Hyderabad supporting other IQ-EQ offices worldwide.
