IQ-EQ has appointed Rebecca Brown as Head of Legal, UK, Ireland & Crown Dependencies.
Rebecca qualified as a UK solicitor in 2012 and has a wide range of in-house and private practice experience, including seven years in investor services.
Over her career, Rebecca has worked in the UK, Ireland and Jersey, as well as in Luxembourg, the Netherlands, India and Australia.
Prior to joining IQ-EQ, she spent more than four years with Link Group, latterly as Head of Legal – Projects, leading special projects in the technology function and across the wider business. Prior to that, she spent four years with Capita and three with Paul Hastings (Europe).
In her new role, Rebecca will work with Christopher Marsden, Group General Counsel, and John Legrand, the Regional CEO for the UK, Ireland & Crown Dependencies.
