Inaugural Channel Islands' Wellbeing Report raises concerns

Posted: 01/09/2021

Marbral Wellbeing Report 2021Marbral Advisory and We Talk Wellbeing have released the first Channel Islands’ Wellbeing Report, which raises key concerns about staff wellbeing in professional services firms across Jersey and Guernsey.

The report was underpinned by a survey completed by 691 individuals and focusing on three areas: self, team and organisation. Industry and wellbeing leaders also contributed.

Although there were numerous examples of individual good practice, employees in the sample were moderately stressed and not as happy as their peers around the world.

This, correlated with moderate lifestyle and work-life balance scores, has the potential to have a greater impact on wellbeing if left without intervention, says the report.
