Imperium Trust Company (UK) has completed its acquisition of Page Tax Consulting, a personal tax compliance services business based in Reigate, England.
The acquisition bolsters Imperium’s UK service offering of professional trusteeship, company service provision and full accounting and tax compliance capabilities.
The acquisition adds Page Tax's eight staff to Imperium's team, bringing the total number in the UK to 17.
Page Tax was founded by Tim Page in 2005 to provide a platform for Tim's consultation work. In 2010, the business was reformed as Page Tax Consulting and has been building its service offering ever since.
Tim will remain as a consultant to the firm and will assist Imperium with the development of its UK business. Imperium also operates from Guernsey and Jersey.
Page Tax also brings with it Jon Stewart, a specialist in domicile and residence issues and the completion of complex tax returns.
