HSBC’s Head of Customer and Products in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, Christina Liciaga, has been named on Cranfield School of Management's 100 Women to Watch listing for 2021.
Launched alongside Cranfield’s Female FTSE Board Report, which provides an annual analysis of women on the boards of FTSE 350 companies, the Women to Watch 2021 list highlights women in business and those considered potential board members.
At HSBC, Christina is responsible for retail and wealth products and customer engagement.
Since joining the bank in 2009, she has held several roles at global, regional and country level in Latin America, Asia and the UK. These have included Head of Protect Customer Journeys UK, Head of Customer Service UK and Head of High Net Worth Distribution.
Previously, Christina was a strategic consultant leading change in frontier markets.
