Jersey-based HR services provider HR Now and performance coach Jimmy Kelly are forming a new business, Performance Now, which will offer services to improve individual and team effectiveness.
Becky Hill, who founded HR Now more than 12 years ago, leads a team of eight HR professionals providing interim and outsourced HR.
She said: “Developing confident and effective leaders, managers and directors is high on the agenda of many of our clients and we are seeing an increased demand for support in this area.
"This partnership will be of enormous benefit to our clients, especially as we navigate the challenges businesses face in the current environment.”
Jimmy Kelly, whose clients range from individual athletes to multinational corporations, added: “I want to create a company that helps people operate at their best more of the time and I am delighted to be working with Becky and her team at HR Now to do this.
"As Henry Ford famously said: 'Whether you think you can, or think you can’t – you’re right.' I want to offer individuals and organisations the tools and techniques to think they can, more of the time.”
The new business will operate from HR Now’s offices in St Helier.
