Corporate, private client and funds services provider Hawksford has made two appointments to its corporate team – Darren Toudic (pictured) joins as a Director, Sophie Hay as a Manager.
Darren, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, will work with the Global Head of Corporate and wider team. He will ensure the delivery of efficient end-to-end corporate services to Hawksford's international client base.
He joins Hawksford having served as a Director at Fairway Group for the past four years. He has also been a Director of Emirates NBD Trust Company (Jersey). Prior to this, he held senior roles at Leumi Overseas Trust Corporation for 15 years.
Darren has extensive expertise in employee benefit schemes, international listings and governance services for institutional, corporate and family-owned business clients.
Sophie also brings to the firm more than 20 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry, working with clients from a wide range of industries and sectors.
In her new role, she is responsible for a team of three corporate administrators and will manage a portfolio of private trust company structures, commercial and residential real estate holdings, as well as employee share schemes.
Sophie joins Hawksford from JTC Group and has previously held roles at Minerva and TMF Group.
