Hatstone opens EU hub in Dublin

Hatstone Dublin l-r: Julie O'Sullivan, Grainne Loughnane, Setanta Landers, Bella Ward on screenLegal and financial services group Hatstone has signed an agreement with law firm Tully Rinckey (Ireland) that has enabled it to open a European hub in Dublin.

Tully Rinckey Managing Partner Grainne Loughnane, along with Partners Setanta Landers and Julie O’Sullivan, their associates and staff, have all joined Hatstone. Grainne will lead the new Dublin office. 

Jersey-based Hatstone Partner Bella Ward said: "More and more of our clients have been asking us to bring our service to Ireland as they look to invest in or through Ireland or build their base In the European Union.”

The new Irish team have experience advising investors, companies and financial institutions, with a focus on property, including inward investment in social housing.

“We’re seeing a lot of interest in this sector from investors seeking to diversify away from more mature markets for these assets in the UK and Europe,” said Grainne.

Hatstone also operates from offices in Jersey, the British Virgin Islands, London, Panama and South Africa.
