Hand Picked Hotels has exchanged contracts on the acquisition of Fermain Valley Hotel and Ziggurat Hotel in Guernsey, and the Braye Beach Hotel in Alderney, subject to regulatory approval.
Hand Picked Hotels' CEO and Chairman, Julia Hands (pictured), commented: "We are delighted to be acquiring these destination hotels in the bailiwick and to welcome their team members into the Hand Picked family.
