The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has issued a consultation paper seeking views on proposed Banking Supervision (Annual Compliance Return) Rules and Guidance.
The consultation forms part of the implementation of the Revision of Laws Project, but the GFSC says the proposed rules do not implement policy change.
