The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has announced that Caroline Bradley (pictured), Deputy Director in the Authorisations and Innovation Division (AID), and Alison Gavey, Deputy Director in the Investment, Fiduciary and Pension Division, will become co-Directors of the AID.
They take over from Emma Bailey, who after nearly 20 years of service has decided to leave the Commission to take up a role in industry.
Caroline has previously served as Deputy Director in the Banking and Insurance Division as well as AID.
She joined the Commission in 2008 after a career in insurance, initially as a loss adjuster in the UK. After moving to Guernsey, she spent 13 years working in captive management, dealing with all types of insurance and reinsurance programmes.
Alison returns to the AID following three years in the Investment, Fiduciary and Pension Division. She has broad experience in fund administration and authorisations and has been with the Commission since 2015.
