Fairway has promoted Caroline Costello to Director in the pensions and employee incentives team.
Caroline, who qualified as an accountant in 2003, has more than 27 years of senior leadership experience in employee benefits.
She joined Fairway in April 2023, after a short stint with Zedra. Her earlier career involved 24 years with RBC Wealth Management in Jersey and a year and a half with JTC as a governance specialist.
Caroline has also been appointed to the Fairway Pensions Trustees board.
In addition, Mike Evans joins the team as Client Director.
Mike joins from RBC in Jersey, where he has worked since 1985 overseeing trust and funds services regulated entities.
In his new role, he will be responsible for liaising with advisers in London and other jurisdictions who specialise in international pension plans and employer/employee solutions.
