The Jersey Financial Services Commission is asking banks for feedback on its draft Banking Codes of Practice that are due to come into force on 1 January 2023.
Codes for review include:
• Main body code
• Appointment of auditor (AoA Code)
• Financial statements (FS Code)
• Prudential reporting (PR Code)
• Declaration of Compliance (DoC Code)
The deadline for submitting feedback is 24 September.
These changes follow feedback received last year in response to the enactment of a Banking Business (Accounts, Auditors and Reports) (Jersey) Order 202-.
