Dena Brumpton joins Stonehage Fleming board

Dena Brumpton_StonehageFleming_aug22Dena Brumpton has joined the board of Stonehage Fleming as a Non-Executive Director. 

Dena is a former Chief Executive of Barclays' savings, investments and wealth management division and sat on the bank's UK Executive Committee.

Most of her executive career was spent with Citigroup, which she joined in 1985 as part of the asset management business to develop the Islamic finance group. 

From 1990 to 1997, Dena was a transactor in the Corporate Finance division, moving in 1997 to work on the globalisation of the markets business following the Citicorp/Travelers merger. 

In 2003, she was appointed CAO of Global Corporate and Investment Banking and in 2008 became Global Chief Operating Officer of the private banking division. 

Dena has worked in London, the Channel Islands, Tokyo and New York. 

Since retiring, she has built a portfolio across financial services, sitting on the boards of Scottish Widows Schroders Personal Wealth, Maitland Group and Churchill Capital V (NYSE).
