Credit Suisse in Guernsey has appointed Glen Tonks to the position of Chief Executive Officer and Branch Manager for Guernsey.
Glen succeeds Paul Annegarn, who has served as CEO for almost five years in Guernsey and is relocating to manage the bank’s operation in the Bahamas.
In his new role, Glen will be responsible for strategic direction and operational performance of Credit Suisse's Guernsey branch.
He joined Credit Suisse in Guernsey last year as Chief Operating Officer, having spent 25 years in banking and financial services across five countries, most recently with HSBC in the Channel Islands.
He also spent five years as Country Head for New Zealand with HSBC, having spent five years working for Westpac New Zealand.
