Collas Crill has promoted Emma Taylor to Senior Associate in its dispute resolution team in Guernsey.
Emma joined Collas Crill in 2011 as a bursary student and went on to train with the firm, qualifying as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2017. She was called to the Guernsey Bar this year.
Early in her career, she also spent three months in the commercial dispute resolution group at Berwin Leighton Paisner in London.
Emma advises on all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, with a focus on contentious and semi-contentious trust matters.
She regularly advises corporate trustees and beneficiaries on the full spectrum of trust disputes, from breach of trust claims to information requests.
Emma also assists clients in respect of commercial disputes and contentious risk and regulatory matters, including enforcement action, and has considerable experience acting for insured parties.
