Three new Guernsey Advocates

Ben Havard works in Collas Crill's commercial Dispute Resolution team focusing on contentious and semi-contentious trust issues. He also advises local banks, trust companies and financial services businesses in relation to commercial disputes, including money laundering, freezing and disclosure. He's also advised on large scale projects with an employment law element. He joined Collas Crill in 2009 and was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales with higher rights of audience in 2011.

Bryon Rees joined Ogier in 2005 and was admitted as an attorney in South Africa in 2002 and a solicitor in England and Wales in 2010.  His practice includes advising on investment funds, corporate and commercial, regulatory and finance matters. Bryon has advised on a number of significant investment structures and other transactions involving Guernsey law.

Christopher Jones joined Ogier in 2010, was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1998 and is a member of the New York Bar. His practice includes advising investment funds, financial institutions and corporate clients on a broad range of multi-jurisdictional transactions. He has extensive experience advising Bryon Rees Christopher Jones Ogier 2.2.15on corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, private equity and listings.
