Collas Crill launches Spring employment seminar series in Guernsey

Posted: 06/03/2014

Developments in the UK employment arena and the challenging issue of restrictive covenants are on the agenda of Collas Crill's forthcoming Spring employment law seminar series.

The breakfast seminars start on Friday, 28 March 2014 with Associate Hana Plsek updating delegates on recent developments in the UK, including the new employment status of employee shareholders, protected conversations and without prejudice discussions, and bringing a claim in the Employment Tribunal, particularly qualifying periods and fees.

The series continues on Friday, 4 April 2014 with Senior Associate Emma Parr tackling restrictive covenants – their enforceability, drafting, advice to both a departing employee and the injuncting employer, and avoiding litigation.

The seminars, which are aimed at entrepreneurs, HR professionals and senior managers, take place at Collas Crill's Glategny Court offices at 8am.

To book, please email Julie.dawson@collascrill.com. Places at each seminar are free and reserved on a first come first served basis.
