Collas Crill has appointed Sarah Millar as a Senior Associate in its family law practice in Guernsey.
An experienced family law practitioner, Sarah has a particular interest in matters involving children, having worked for several years in child protection in the public sector.
Her Guernsey-based career has included a year with AFR Advocates, four and a half years with the States of Guernsey and the past two years with Ferbrache & Farrell.
Sarah also conducts general civil litigation matters, ranging from employment to property disputes, and is experienced in running litigation from its inception to final hearing.
Called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2014, Sarah became an Advocate of the Royal Court of Guernsey in 2018.
She is regularly instructed to appear in the Magistrate's Court and Royal Court of Guernsey, and has appeared before the Court of Alderney.
