Guernsey-based consultancy Collas Crill Compliance has launched a new branch in Jersey, appointing Director Lauren Riley-Gledhill as its leader.
Lauren sits on the board of Collas Crill Corporate Services (CCCS), the firm's sister company in the Cayman Islands.
She relocated to Jersey at the start of the year. She brings to the new role broad experience of governance, risk and compliance and multi-jurisdictional regulatory issues, having served as anti-money laundering officer in the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands.
Prior to joining CCCS, she consulted with several offshore entities, including TMF, BNY Mellon and Lyra Compliance Group.
Lauren is a Fellow Member of the International Compliance Association and an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.
