Collas Crill has appointed Jackie McLaughlin as Senior Regulatory Consultant to expand its compliance and regulatory services in Jersey.
Jackie joins the firm from BDO Advisory, where she worked as Senior Regulatory Consultant. She supported a range of clients, from smaller regulated businesses to larger blue-chip companies, spanning deposit taking, trust and corporate, fund services, investment business and money service business.
Jackie previously held the position of Group Chief Compliance Officer at Sanne and has also worked at Hawksford, as well as in a senior governance risk and compliance role at Zedra.
She has also gained broad knowledge of Jersey's regulatory requirements through her work as Senior Examiner at the Jersey Financial Services Commission, and is experienced in running major remediation projects.
