Collas Crill has advised Guernsey Post on its acquisition of Channel Islands-based freight-handling business HRair.
HRair (previously Huelin-Renouf Air Freight) operates in Guernsey, Jersey and Heathrow, providing freight-handling services to a number of delivery providers. It operates air and sea freight business and has links with various logistics companies.
Collas Crill acted as lead counsel. Its team included Partner Matt Gilley, Of Counsel Fiona Wilson and Associate Alex Wileman-Smith.
