Collas Crill has added to its UK real estate team in the Channel Islands with the appointment of Senior Associate Jeff O'Boyle.
Before arriving in Guernsey, Jeff spent 11 years with Pinsent Masons, where he advised a range of top-tier businesses on high-value property and finance deals in the UK. In his new role, Jeff will advise lenders and investors on all aspects of UK property transactions.
He has particular expertise in property finance, investment, landlord and tenant matters, development, office space and retail.
