Guernsey-based management consultancy CBO Projects has promoted two of its consultants to new roles.
David Palzeaird is now the firm’s Principal Consultant for CBO’s business analysis arm, while Kate Harbour has been promoted to Senior Consultant.
David has been with the firm since April 2018, following project management roles with Barclays and Standard Bank Group in both Guernsey and Jersey.
In his new role, he will be CBO’s specialist for business analysis capabilities and help the firm develop its approach to delivering these to clients.
Kate joined the firm in March 2021 with a diverse professional background across organisational behaviour and change, stakeholder engagement, business analysis and project management.
Before joining CBO, she spent two and a half years as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist at the States of Guernsey.
This followed a UK-based career with organisations including City, University of London; education specialist Potential Plus; Orbit Investments; and Kings College London.
