Guernsey management consultancy CBO Projects has appointed Stuart Low as a Senior Consultant to build and deliver technology strategies and lead projects and programmes.
Stuart has more than 35 years’ experience in Europe, the US and Asia as an executive-level business change specialist.
He has spent the past two years in Guernsey, most recently as Programme and Change Director for TT&C Consultants, and before that as Portfolio Director for Agilisys.
Before moving to Guernsey, he delivered change programmes for global banks including HSBC.
He has built and delivered strategic roadmaps incorporating people, process and technology change for manufacturing; in finance and motoring, he has supported digital transformation to the cloud.
Stuart has also led large global information technology operations teams within finance and telecommunications organisations and has been accountable for the delivery of a £50m per annum managed service in the UK.
