Carey Olsen has reported that for the fifth year in a row, Carey Olsen Corporate Finance was the leading listing agent for The International Stock Exchange (TISE) last year, acting in nearly 60% of the high-yield bonds listed on TISE in 2020.
According to the firm, it acted as listing agent for more new issuers of debt securities than the next two listing agents combined, and listed more than 40% of all new securities on TISE during 2020.
