Carey Olsen partner Russell Clark named as Best of the Best

Carey Olsen deputy managing partner Russell Clark (pictured) has been named as one of the ‘Best of the Best' legal advisors for trusts and estates in the latest Legal Media Group Expert Guide for 2012.

The publication features only individuals nominated by their clients and peers as leading practitioners in their field. Research involves sending more than 4,000 questionnaires to senior in-house counsel, partners at law firms and other specialists in more than 60 jurisdictions. They are asked to nominate leading practitioners based on their work and reputation.

Carey Olsen's trust and fiduciary team was described by Chambers and Partners in 2012 as being “the best in Guernsey”. Advocate Clark, who heads the trust and fiduciary team in Guernsey, advises on both contentious and non-contentious trust matters and specialises in the establishment of complex trust structures for both businesses and private individuals. He has also been involved with the introduction of the island's foundations legislation over the last year.
