Carey Olsen has appointed Tiffy Wan to the role of Senior Associate in its Hong Kong corporate practice.
Tiffy specialises in a wide range of offshore corporate transactional matters, particularly commercial and corporate finance transactions.
This includes Hong Kong and US-based IPOs, secondary securities offerings, restructurings (including schemes of arrangement), mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, fundraising and fund finance transactions for public and private companies, and other general corporate instructions.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Tiffy worked for Walkers and Appleby in Hong Kong for seven years. She was previously an Associate in the corporate department of a US law firm in Hong Kong.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Tiffy was admitted as a solicitor in Australia in 2010. She is also is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong and a Bermuda Registered Associate with the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
